TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANTAUR LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

CANTAUR LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, CANTAUR LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CANTAUR LLC EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100); OR

(B) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CANTAUR LLC FOR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cantaur LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable law;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

Cantaur LLC respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Cantaur LLC electronically, including by email, text message, website notices, or other electronic means permitted by law.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Georgia in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Judgment upon any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall prevent Cantaur LLC from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other legal rights.

Cantaur LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms;
• We believe your activities present legal, financial, or operational risk;
• Termination is required by law.

Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Cantaur LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
